Changed Outlook Groups dont Sync to iphone

I have an iphone 4 and it has been syncing well up until I added some new groups in Outlook and these new groups do not sync at all. I have looked in the setting and tried all of the options I can see but none seem to work.

I would greatly appreciate some help! Thanks :(
