Changes in Mail Preferences? (beta 6)

I noticed macOS Mail "Preferences" - "Accounts" is different than previous builds. Is this true or simply the first time I noticed? I've been using Mail in these beta's as a registered developer and never noticed this until after the recent beta this Monday.
