Hi.
I have a macbook pro retina display.
I recently gave my computer into my school IT center so that I could recive some software. Along with the software, they decided that they would not give me sufficient perms to delete some files on my desk top. These are two different internet links that I cant seem to delete. When I try to delete them I get the "The operation can’t be completed because the item “TumbleBooks” is locked." error. I have tried changing the perms, and using terminal. But none of it seems to work. Ive also tried creating a new account. And I just get reset with the icons and apps. Another problem is that there is a default background and default settings for every new account that I make. Is there any way that I can change these back to default? It is slowing my computer down alot!
Thanks
