Changing an Application's Icon in Launchpad

Does anyone know how to do this? I know how to do it for 'normal' icons, but can't seem to work it out for Launchpad.
 
Should have said, it was only Steam game icons that were affected. Didn't notice that they went into a separate Applications folder under my user name.
All sorted out now.
