Changing app icons in El Capitan

Hi there,

I was trying to change app icons after El Capitan upgrade, but wasn't able to change the icons using the usual copy+paste method. Anyone got an idea how to change app icons in El Capitan?

Reboot to recovery partition, use csrutil in terminal to disable rootless.
Sorry but I forget which command should be used.
Once it is down, change app icon, and boot to recovery partition to reenable rootless.
