iPod touch Changing audio output?

I was playing music on my iPod Touch 4G (which has been Peel 520 II-ized) today, and got prompted if I wanted to put it on my internal speakers or thru the audio plug going to external speakers.

I accidentally chose to go thru the internal speakers. How do I change it to go thru external speakers?
