Changing BusyCal's Icon

Hello, if this is the wrong place to post, I apologize.

I've been trying to change BusyCal's icon to one of my choice, and I've tried the same method as changing iCal's icon.

I changed these files:
BusyCal.icns
ics.icns
vcs.icns
bcbu.icns

However, whenever I move BusyCal onto my dock, the original icon pops up.

Any suggestions?

Yeah I just changed mine.

Right click on the BusyCal icon > Options > Show in Finder

Right click on BusyCal icon > Show package contents

Contents > Plugins > BusyCalDockTile.docktileplugin > Contents > Resources > Here you should find the BusyCal.icns icon.

Change the BusyCal.icns to BusyCal_copy.icns > then paste your icon into this folder and rename it BusyCal.icns.

Log out or do a restart and you should be good to go.
