Changing channels on a ROKU smart TV in “Live TV”

Hisense 50” ROKU TV, I like going to “LIve TV” and seeing whats playing. Is there a better way to move channels in “Live TV” than moving up and down all the channels, one at a time. There is no numeric buttons on the ROKU remote. Searching for ex. 557, does not find channel 557.

While watching live TV, press the left arrow key to access the channel list. You can navigate between pages using the rewind and fast forward buttons.
