iOS Changing code from Portrait to Landscape

I really don't know much about C++ or Xcode, I had a friend show me a simple game thingy to see how it worked, and now that I'm kinda catching on, I want to alter his code a little, he made it in Portrait, I want it in landscape, I have already changed the info.playlist to force it into landscape, and changed the UIInterface to LandscapeLeft, but the inside like the background and everything are still portrait. And I also made new pics and put them in Interface Builder as landscape. Do I need to change some Xs and Ys or something? Thanks!!!
