Changing Color/Size (Store Pick-Up)

Pre-ordered a 6 plus. What are the chances when we pickup we would be able to get a different storage size or color than the one we pre-ordered? Ex. 16gb to 64gb.

I suppose you could ask, but if there's still a line, they'd probably make you stand in it to get one of the unspoken for phones. Otherwise, I guess you could show up late after the crowds and cross your fingers that what you want is left over.

Nope. They send the stores exactly what was ordered and a small percentage for DOA replacements.

You can't. You would need to cancel your order and order again online. Or trade or someone who wants what you have and you want what they have.
