changing default location of events in FCPX

i know this is probs really simple! But how the hell do you do it?
Its rather annoying, that every time i started FCPX up, it plants an events folder in my "movies" folder. I want everything to do and live on my scratch drive. Which it looks like its set too but the attachment says otherwise....

any ideas?

hmmm nope...still there but its this folder structure i wanna move to the scratch

my scratch is always on when im in FCPX so surely it would always see it as a drive?
