Changing default path in terminal

I'm trying to run wine, port, nothing works as my terminal is point to the wrong folder. There is no option in the preferences pane to change the default terminal path. Using zshell fixes it, but the default bash doesn't.

I know I can autorun a PATH command, but I would like it to run by default without that issue.
