Changing dock icons/folder images

I know full well that that something similar to this question has been asked many times before, because I've spent the last half hour looking for it. But I can't find the answer to my specific thing.

Okay, basically, in the dock, my computer used to have folders for Applications and Documents. Then, a couple of days ago, I managed to accidentally get rid of them. Now, when I try to drag them back, the icons aren't the same. I know that it's a small, and rather foolish, thing, but I'm a control freak, and it matters.

The link to the original doesn't seem to be working.

You could cntrl click on the folders and have a look at the display options there.

Right click on the stack > Display As > Folder

Yup. It's beyond my comprehension why Apple choose not to match the default with the "out of the box" method of displaying Dock icons.
