Changing Dock with Candybar?

Ok so i downloaded candybar hoping that i could change the dock appearance easily, but when i change the tap on candybar to "dock" it wont let me move any of the Dock pictures ive downloaded into the wells. Plz help. what am i doing wrong? the picture replacements were downloaded from Leoparddocks.com

I just tried it and it worked for me. I dragged the l-scurve to the dock place holder and checked "automatically create all backgrounds and viola it worked.
