Changing email attribution in Apple Mail

I need to change the attribution of emails I reply (On 6 Sept. 2023, at 22:36, tehabe wrote to or forward (Begin forwarded message, since I'm using my Mac in English they are in English but I need them in German. I could change the language of the Mail app but that doesn't really work for me. Does anyone has an idea if this is possible or what I could do to achieve this?

I fear that this is not possible but maybe someone has an idea.

Replace text and punctuation in documents on Mac

In apps on your Mac, automatically replace text, quotation marks, hyphens, and internet addresses in documents.

Won’t happen automatically, you’ll have to type the short text to be replaced, but it will get most of the way there.
