iOS Changing email/company info after registering

If I pay the $99 now to register and use my personal email address, say "joe1234@me.com" which is also what I used to setup my initial developer account, can I change all that once I have my site & company email setup?

Also, I heard in the beginning it took a few weeks to get a approved. Is this still the case?

I contacted Apple a few months ago about changing to a company from an individual and they said it was no problem. Any apps you presently have on the store will come down for a short time (don't know for how long) when they load the changes.

Email them and ask what info you need to provide and they'll let you know.
