Changing external HDD enclosure broke GPT partition

So, i had a HP simplesave HDD, but the miniusb connector was awful and it broke. I bought a new enclosure, as the disk inside is still functional.

The problem is that, when i connect it to the Mac, it says that the disk is unreadable and that i need to initialize it. I tried using TestDisk to recover the GPT partition table, but no luck, it doesn't seem to find the table.

Any guesses?
