This will do it! but, it will not use the normal folders of iOS4 instead it will use a different type of 'folder' in "Categories" (cydia app) which is what we all used in 3.X and works pretty good.... It creates 'folders' that what basically happens is that they are 'hiding' the app icons (using poof) from springboard and putting a new icon in the categories folders. In a way you are running a 'folders app' all the time while in springboard. Unless they have tweaked it, that's how categories works... I believe it will also consume a little bit more battery than regular iOS4 folders and use a little bit more ram...
