iPod changing format?

Reformat an iPod on a Mac to format it for Macs, and reformat it on a PC to format it for Windows. A PC-formatted iPod will work just fine on both PCs and Macs, but a Mac-formatted iPod will only work on Macs. :)

Thanks for the help anyway I called applecare becuase I had to transfer all my music from my old pc to my new mac and then they told me how to reformat it! Thanks anyway
