Changing Hostname

Hey folks -

I just got a new M1 Macbook Pro from work and I'm having some trouble changing its hostname. I think something's cached... somewhere. Or there's another setting I just forgot to change. It's retaining the generic Jason's MacBook Pro name as shown in the first image.

But in General -> Sharing, I have it set to deathstroke, per the second image.

Any idea why that is?

See here - the local host name is a different thing than the computer name
