Changing iBook G3 to G4

a Relative of mine owns a G3 ibook (800 MHz), and i recently took it apart for them and replaced a part, i was wondering would i face any problems if i were to swap the logicboard for a one with a G4 on it, i've been looking at the boards and can't see any major difference:

G4:1st
G3: 2nd
