Changing iCloud account email address?

So on my iPhone under Settings-iCloud, I have an emai address. Say it is XXX@hotmail.com. My Apple ID email is XXX@gmail.com. How do I change the hotmail address to become the gmail address to be consistent with my AppleID? Hopefully I explained that right...

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Scroll down to the bottom. Delete the account. Add a new iCloud account.

I don't *think* you should lose any data. PWC.

Also, if you log into the apple store from a computer, you can change which email is associated with the account under manage my apple ID

It says on the bottom that you will lose all the documents stored on iCloud...

This is just the iCloud email...not the AppleID one...

It was actually that simple. After I had changed my AppleID, I did, later wind up taking a shot and deleting the iCloud account and re-signed in and it converted the email to the AppleID. Thanks again!

which address is your primary one?

I now have three legitimate addresses: .mac .me and .icloud ... If you have these three, too, which one do you consider your 'main' one?
