changing icon for unified ipod tweak for ios 5 in winterboard

Does anybody know how to do this? I can't find the proper bundle id to create a folder/place icon inside. I would hate to go back to using the Music and Video icons and really don't want a stock iPod icon.

Any help would be appreciated, native would be fine too, but i like to be able to toggle things on and off.
