Changing icon size

Hello all, I was wondering if there was a way to change the icon size and grid spacing for all folders without having to go in each folder and set it that way. It's driving me crazy that some folders on my external hard drive have an icon size of 100 (which I'm sure I set from way back) and some have the current setting which is 72.

set the size, then click "Use as Defaults" in the bottom of the window.
