iPhone Changing icons after jailbreak

Hello everyone! So I'm not new to jailbreaking but I have a quick question. When applying a theme, not all of my stock icons change. Now I'm sure this has to do with ios 8, but I know I can go into ifile and change the name of the icon, but ifile isn't available to purchase as of yet. I've seen others screenshots where the same theme has the icons changed. Are they using ssh to accomplish this? And is so, what are the new icon names? Btw I have an iPhone 6

You can use afc2 and then iFunbox.

Or you can use OpenSSH and cyberduck.

Both allow you to access the iOS filesystem.

Whatever they are currently named as in the phone and messages application folder.

To be honest, if you are struggling with this part, you may want to be careful and wait for a theme that works on iOS 8 as an example. Check out ayeris to see how they accomplish it.

I am fully confident on renaming them. I've been jailbreaking for a while. It seems like with iOS 8 the png file names have changed for those icons and I was just seeing if anyone knew what they had changed to. Thanks for the tip on ayeris, I'll check that out now

Never mind, I downloaded ifile and found the correct icon identifier and renamed them. Presto! Themed icons
