Changing icons for a single user

Can I change icons for the HD/Documents etc for my user account but not for other user accounts on my iMac? I noticed after changing my Mac HD icon it also changed for other user accounts but I prefer to only have it changed on mine. Is there a way I can tell my iMac to only change the icons for that user account?
