I have a few removable media devices such as cameras and would like to change the icon when it appears on the desktop as a drive. Does anyone know how to do that?

I figured out how to change the name so each time it comes up it has the unique name but the icon would be awesome. I tried "Get Info" but no help. I guess a follow up would be is there a place to get some slick looking icons also?

Thanks in advance,

probably the best place to find icons, but you can also just google search
"mac icons" and find a bunch of sites.

put the new icon on the desktop and control+click(right click) on it and choose copy. to set the icon for removable media, first mount the disk, then control+click on it(right click) and click get info. click on the drive's icon, it should now have a colored border around it, then click edit in the menu bar and click paste.
