Changing icons to a theme

Im not totally sure how to change how icons look in a theme. I have the image i want to use but im just not sure how to make it display right. I looked in the info.plist for the bundle identifier and then i went to make the folder using that Id in the bundle folder, then added the image into it, but it didnt work. Am i missing something?:confused:
 
sorry I forgot about that. I am using the iphone 4s running 5.0.1 and the icons I want to change are 4 games that I downloaded and they are not displayed in the applications folder in ifile
