Changing Icons

I've been into macs and OSX for a few years but not really done any real tweaks like changing the default icons.

Whats the best free app for changing the icons ? Candybar 3 ??

I think they are called icontainer. Not sure really. They are a form of compressed file that holds many icons for use in themes. Candybar came up with them and they have since become a near standard in icon theming and changing with in the Mac world.
