Changing iPhone screens, backs, making black white?

Ok a few questions

I never paid attention but now my interests are piqued. What options do I have to change the color my iPhone? To white? To another color?

If for some reason in the future my screen gets scratched, can I replace it with OEM parts? Is it hard to put a screen back on without dust getting in it?

Between the glass and the silver frame there is a matte black frame, can that be easily replaced? Mines already chipped/scratched. Same with silver band.
