Is there a way to change the iTunes store region on the new Apple TV 4k? I don't have some apps available in my local app store and want to switch to UK to download them.

Yeah you need to create a new AppleID for that particular region.
Once it’s created then you just log in just as you did with your original AppleID, then you can easily switch between the two via control centre.

Thanks. After adding the Apple ID on the UK account and downloading the apps, will those apps show under my original user account as well? Or will I need to switch between the accounts to access the different apps (which would suck)

All apps show under the same menu, changing between profiles just affects what you see in the Movies,TV,Music,App Store and ATV apps.

Finally got aroud to doing this. Created a new account and set UK as the region. however the "App Store" on Apple TV is still showing me the local region. Anything else that needs to change so I can access the UK App Store to donload BBC iPlayer?

Nevermind! The new account wasn't signed into the iTunes store on Apple TV. Once I did that, it started working!
