Changing iWeb navigation bar color

I'm making a simple website for my dad's company, and I wanted something to stand out, so the entire color scheme is bright white and red. I just applied the White theme to all the pages but ditched everything. I changed the backdrop from white to red on most pages.

The problem is that the navigation bar still remains in that dark cobalt blue Apple is infatuated with. I can't seem to figure out how to change the color of it. How can I do this easily?
