Hi when i use ableton live on a pc the function keys work as mutes for the corresponding tracks, and F11 for full screen, but on my macbook pro i have to hold down fn+ctrl+f (key) to apply the same shortcut or just ctrl+f(key) if system prefs is set to "Use all F1, F2, etc keys as standard function keys", I find it odd that this system setting on newer macbooks simply reverts the function keys to the early generations special key e.g. f9 is expose, where as on the early macbook they did in fact become standard function keys which is what I want. Is there a way to get standard f keys on newer macbooks? Also does anyone know of an app that would allow ableton live to load the standard function keys when launched, so that when i'm not using Live the function keys could remain as volume, expose etc when using regular apps. Thanks in advance.

Joe
