Changing keyboard shortcuts for languages?

On a Japanese keyboard there's one key that you click to switch from English to Japanese and vice versa. I'm using a US keyboard now and would like to set it up so the capslock key does the same thing.

Is there any way to do that? I'm using 10.5.7.
