Changing language in Sierra not working smooth

Hi guys
Iam on Mac OS sierra ,changing language for me on keyboard not Smoot it was on El Capitan .only after 3-4 tries it working to change the language.
Any one have this issue also?

I notice this was posted a while back ago, but I'm having this exact issue. Specifically when switching from Hiragana input to ABC-Extended Input. macOS sierra really screwed this up for me. The previous operating system, just a tap of the keystroke would do. Now there is literally a thirty second delay every time I want to do this.
