iPhone 11 Pro Changing lenses while shooting - 11 Pro Max.

I am shooting at 1080p / 60fps and I thought I would be able to switch from ultra wide lens to wide and then telephoto, but it ceases wide with only digital zoom. When I start filming on telephoto, I don't have access to the ultra wide lens. Can't use all 3 lenses in one shot?
