My story:

I need help here... I bought an app called My Living Desktop (This app lets you animate your desktop) and after I bought it, I could not find where to import your own videos as a desktop bkg. So I went into package contents and looked around and there were some movie files in there with the animated desktop mov files (scenes). I want to replace a mov file with one of mine. This folder is locked and i cannot do any changes to it.

What I want to know:

How do I unlock this folder? I heard there was a way to unlock folders by using terminal with a 'cd' command. Can someone tell me what i need to type in terminal? This is the location of the folder I want to change weather it is locked or not
/Applications/My Living Desktop.app/Contents/Resources/My Living Desktop Scenes/Fun

Im using OS X Mavericks
Sorry if this made no sense...

You might check to see if the application has a folder in Application Support - if the application is code-signed, depending on what is included, it may not run if you modify the application bundle.
