iPod touch Changing Media Type does not move item to podcast section

I have some guided meditations on my iPod. I did go to Options and Genre, and marked them as Podcasts, but they do not show up on my iPod under podcasts, but are still under Music.

How do I get an item to move to podcasts, other than changing Genre and Media Kind to podcast?
