Changing menu bar icon in Bluephone Elite

I wanted to change the 'e' menu bar icon in Bluephone Elite to an icon of my phone, so I made one in Photoshop and replaced it:

I'm not great with photoshop and I'm wandering how I can get a higher resolution icon. One thought I had was to get the icon from Salling Clicker, which looks very clear, and make it smaller in Photoshop and use it for BPE.

Any advice on how to make a higher reolution icon, or access the icon from Salling Clicker?

(I can't find the Salling Clicker icon in the finder because it's a pref pane and I don't know where to find it).
