Changing Playlist Song Order

Using iTunes 10 and one of my playlists does not allow me to change song order. When I attempt to drag song a green border around the playlist view appears. Any ideas? All other playlists allow me to sort by drag & drop of songs.

In the playlist view, click on the first column heading with the numbers (not track or disk numbers). Then you can drag and drop as you choose.

Can't Sort Some Playlists, Not Others

Couldn't figure out why I could organize some lists and not others. Reason turns out to be because I am so fond of Shuffle Play. You can't reorganize a Playlist when it's set to Shuffle! D'oh!
