Changing preferred contact display when multiple contacts contain the same number?

I have a few of my most common contacts listed twice: under their names and under ICE, ICE2, ICE3, etc (in case of emergency). This is working fine, except that when my fiancée calls or sends me an sms, it shows up at ICE, instead of her name. Can I do anything about this?
