Changing Regional Code?

Um, well I actually changed my regional code 5 times already and its locked...is there anyway to get out of this and change it again? I used to watch japanese movies as well and I changed it many times, and it became locked. Its stuck at region 2 and I want to change it back to region 1, so I can watch my regular movies.
If there is anything I can do, please help.
