I am using a macbook air (which I love). If I am looking at screen for two long without touching the keyboard the unit will go to sleep on me. Right before it goes to sleep it dims for a couple of seconds. If I quickly touch the screen while it is dim the screen comes back on and everything is OK; if I am a millisecond late the unit goes into standby mode and touching the screen causes a cursor to come up but it can take many seconds before the screen is restored.

The problem is that the dim time is too short for me, by the time I set down my coffee to touch the screen it has already gone into standby.

Can I extend the dim time by a few seconds? How do I do that?
