Hey!

I am having problems with my setup setting.
This is the first Mac I bought in my life, so there are some things that I want/need to know, and after searching in google I decided to ask here.

I have problems with keyboard setup at login screen.
During first booting I chose wrong keyboard for my mac.
Thing is that I change it on my account but it is still the same at login screen.
Even if I reveal the keyboard setup on my account, then log out, then change the keyboard at login screen to good one and remove the wrong one, after I shut down my computer the setting are back to normal (that is I have QWERTZ instead of QWERTY).
Is there any chance to change it permanently?

And the next thing:

How to change my trackpad preferences at login screen?
I want the option "tap to click" checked also when I try to log in on my mac.

Thanks for reading and I hope somebody knows how to do it :)

I apologise if something is unclear and I am wiling to explain!
