Changing slow-mo portion of video

Does anyone know how to change the start and end of a slow-mo video on iOS9? There used to be sliders on iOS8 but not sure where they went in iOS9.

*Edit: I figured it out right after posting this thread. Go to Edit in the top right of the video for those that don't know.
