Changing subsidized purchase to outright purchase

I ordered from Apple, paying the extra $250 for an early upgrade. What are my options to just purchase outright and stop from renewing my plan? Woud I have to return and pay a restocking fee? Can I just pay Apple the difference between the subsidized price and the regular retail price? Or am I just stuck where I'm at? Anyone know what my options are?

OK, thanks. Can I return to the store if I purchased online? When is Apple supposed to start selling unlocked phones?

Do I have 14 days? 30 days?

At ATT, if you return an iphone that is still sealed, there is no restocking fee.
