Instead of creating a new thread, I'd like to ask it again in this one. Is there any way to do this in 10.9? TinkerTool does not work, sadly.

There may be A way, but there's certainly not an EASY way.

If you're looking for an OS that you can cosmetically customise, then OS X isn't it.
