Hello,

After searching the net i concluded the following, i just need a confirmation if my conclusive is right or wrong !?

Changing the Airport Card for my Macbook Pro would change my MAC address since it is a physical address of a specific hardware, you could spoof it but you can not change it permanently, Unless " my conclusion " you change the actual hardware, and in case of the Macbook pro, that would be the Airport Card, thus i assume if i change the Airport Card i would change the MAC address of my laptop ...

Am i Correct !?

if not please explain why, and how to change it !?

Yes, changing the airport card will also change the MAC address, at least for wireless. If you have an ethernet port built in, that MAC address will rename the same.

great

Thank you for the fast reply, and the confirmation .... :apple:

it is always good to know something new and apply it to optimize our security and privacy
