Changing the Apple boot logo

I was looking for something like this a while ago and everything I found said it couldn't be done. I haven't tried this software yet but thought I'd throw it out there to see if anyone had and if they'd had any problems with it. It is supposed to change the little apple that shows up on the boot screen so I'll probably give it a shot tonight after work.
