Changing the audio tone

2018 15" MBP.

With old age ones hearing diminishes and I find the audio on my MBP somewhat bassy, hard to understand.

Is there any way I can increase the treble range, make the sound sharper??

I find SoundSource very useful and you can adjust the equalizer for treble and bass

Thanks Mikzn. I downloaded the app but only get the volume controls, not the equaliser? Does that only come with the paid for version?
